Here's an Assassins Lair mod by Elianoria that I downloaded from the Nexus a few days ago.
I installed it manually by dropping all the files in the data folder and it just doesn't show up in the game. Unfortunately most mods I've searched for end up being the latter. Skyrim is a long ways away from Elsweyr, but Raj’Dya is the closest you’ll get to feeling at home in the frozen lands of the north.
